What AS Mirror and as-mirror.shop collect, why, and what they never touch. In short: your phone's screen, your files and your games stay on your computer.

Who we are
AS Mirror is made in Cairo, Egypt, and published on the Microsoft Store as AS Labs. "We" on this page means us. For anything about your data, email support@as-mirror.shop.
What never leaves your computer
Mirroring runs only between your computer and your phone, over a USB cable or your own Wi-Fi. Your phone's screen and sound, your files, your key mappings, recordings and screenshots are never sent to us or to anyone else. The app's log file stays on your computer unless you choose to send it to us.
What the app sends
AS Mirror goes online for three things only: to check the free trial each time the app starts, to activate your licence key and re-check it about once a day, and to check for a new version (the Microsoft Store version leaves this to the Store). These requests carry an ID made from your computer's hardware (a one-way code, not your serial numbers), your licence key when activating, and the app's version. Like any request on the internet, they also show us your IP address.
Visits to the website
We count visits without cookies and without following you to other sites. From your IP address and browser we make an anonymous code that changes every day, and we look up your country. We record the pages you open, actions such as starting a download or a purchase, the site that sent you, your browser, system, device type and language. Your IP address itself is not kept in these records, and they are deleted after 12 months.
When you buy
You give us your email address, and we keep the order: amount, date, status and any creator code you used. Your card or wallet details go straight to Paymob, our payment provider; we never see or store them. We email your licence key, and the codes for signing in to My licence, from support@as-mirror.shop.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we use what you send (your email address or phone number, your message, and a log file if you attach one) only to answer you.
Who else handles it
Paymob processes payments. MonsterASP hosts the website and sends our email. If you install from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles that download under its own privacy statement. Country lookups use a database kept on our own server, so no one else sees your address. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Orders and licences for as long as the licence exists and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Activation and trial records while the licence or the trial is in use. Visit records for 12 months. Emails as long as it takes to resolve what you asked.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@as-mirror.shop from the address you bought with. Deleting a purchase also cancels its licence. You can turn off the update check in the app's settings.
Children
AS Mirror is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
